The methodology used by AEC in the management of its activities (Consulting, Agency and Outsourcing) is based on the expression attributed to the great Chinese strategist Sun Tze: “The superior General only wins easy victories”. In order to make a victory easy, it’s important to work upfront in order to bring together all the conditions necessary to make the final victory natural.

To achieve this work upfront, a detailed knowledge of the men, field and circumstances is needed. The efficiency sought by the customers of AEC derives from the successful combination of all these elements.

AEC’s strength comes from its ability to take these different elements into consideration and to combine them so that all the necessary conditions needed to reach a successful outcome for its customers can be brought together.

In this process, the most important element is the people. AEC human resources are divided into two categories:

1. AEC permanent staff: working within AEC four offices in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Wuhan) and AEC European office in Paris.
2. Close contacts and partners: Since its establishment, AEC has constituted an important network of contacts and partners in China and France covering most of the economic sectors.

As a result, AEC relies on its own experts working within its offices in China and Europe but it also relies on extern consultants to manage its different activities and strengthen the permanent team’s competence in relevant areas or sectors of expertise.
